Apostrophe IPA began as an experiment with just Mosaic hops. As it won our hearts, we continued to experiment and bring in old friends like Magnum Hops and Flaked Oats. What you have now is our favorite version showcasing that tropical citrusy Mosaic magic and solid malt backbone. We hope you enjoy!

This Double Pale Ale featuring Crystal Hops really walks an interesting line. The abundance of Crystal hops provides a very citrusy nose and big flavor like an IPA, but a very clean and smooth bitterness and big malt character more common in a Pale Ale. This 8.2% beer with its large malt and hop presence makes it cloyingly easy to drink. Not too bitter, not too malty. And don’t be fooled by the 80 IBU’s. It’s very smooth. The definition of “Perceived vs. Calculated IBU’s.”
